Who we are
PAHA LTD is a private limited company registered in England & Wales, company number 12073156, whose registered office is 33 Charlton Park Lane, London, SE7 8QU. We are the data controller for any personal data collected through this website. Contact: paha-ltd@protonmail.com.
What this website collects
Very little. This site is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and contains no forms. We do not build profiles of visitors and we do not sell or share visitor data.
Our hosting provider records ordinary web-server logs (IP address, requested page, browser type, time of request) for the purpose of serving the site and keeping it secure. This is processed under our legitimate interest in running a website (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) and is retained only for as long as the host keeps such logs.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, Google receives your IP address and browser details in order to serve the file. Google’s own privacy notice governs that processing.
If you email us
If you write to us, we keep your email and our reply for as long as is needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and then for a further period as required by our record-keeping obligations. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence, or steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract.
Our products
Each PAHA product (for example WasteDuty) has its own privacy notice covering the data processed inside that product. This notice covers paha.cc only.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, email paha-ltd@protonmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

If we change how this site handles data, we will update this page and the date above.
