Digital waste tracking for permitted receiving sites. Captures every load at the gate, checks the carrier, and holds the evidence hashed and append-only — so an inspection is answered with one PDF rather than a filing cabinet. Tested against all fourteen Defra approval scenarios, including hazardous and POPs.
How we build
To the letter
We work from the statutory instrument and the regulator's own technical specification, not a secondary summary of them. When a rule changes, the software changes with it and the old rule stays on the record.
Evidence, not assurances
Records are hashed and append-only. Nothing can be quietly altered after filing — not by your staff, and not by us. That is the whole point of keeping a record at all.
Your data leaves when you do
Every account can export everything it holds, in full, at any time, without asking us. Compliance software that holds your evidence hostage is not compliance software.
